Powerpuff Girls Z to Air on CN Australia

The 2006 Powerpuff Girls Z series will make its broadcast debut on Cartoon Network Australia starting Wednesday, July 16th — following a four-hour marathon of the original Powerpuff cartoon. It is scheduled to air from 4-5pm, and again from 7-8pm Saturday.
Fullmetal Alchemist & DtB Sequel in the Works?

Consider all this to be ‘rumor’ for the time being, but apparently a list of animators from Bones was leaked on the net. Inside it revealed two possible sequels in the works; Fullmetal Alchemist and Darker than Black. A cache of the original .xls document can be located here. It also has Yasuhiro Irie’s name listed as the appointed director for the FMA sequel.

Last week, a newer version of the Touhou Chireiden ~ Subterranean Animism demo was released. Some glitch fixes and tweaks were provided with the update — did remove corner hiding. Full version is expected at the next Comiket event.

According to Dengeki Moeoh Blog, a second Ichigo Mashimaro OVA has been greenlit for production. The news was originally revealed at RONDO ROBE 2008.

According to Moonphase Diary, a second season of ef - a tale of memories, entitled “ef - a tale of melodies,” has been greenlit for production. The news was originally revealed at RONDO ROBE 2008. The staff is generally the same as with the previous season — animation studio SHAFT, director Oonuma Shin, etc. It was also reported that Mizuki and Yuuko will most likely be the main focus.
